Game Modifications
The use of any third-party software, scripts, or modifications that alter game functionality while connected to our servers is prohibited. This includes visual enhancement tools that could provide unfair advantages.

Exploiting Bugs
Intentionally using or attempting to use game bugs or glitches for personal advantage is forbidden. This includes item duplication, processing through walls, or bypassing intended game mechanics.

Combat Logging
Disconnecting from the server to avoid roleplay consequences is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to logging out during combat, police pursuit, while detained, after death, or to preserve items/equipment.

Combat Storing
Using vehicle storage mechanics to gain unfair advantages during roleplay scenarios is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to storing vehicles to avoid pursuit or impounding/scrapping to prevent seizure.

Improper Teleportation
Using the respawn function to travel across the map quickly or abusing garage systems to transport goods is prohibited. Respawn should only be used when legitimately killed or when stuck due to a game bug.

Discord Conduct
Voice Chat Etiquette
Treat all players with respect both in-character and out-of-character. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or personal attacks will not be tolerated.

The use of voice changers or soundboards in public or official channels (including emergency services rooms) is prohibited as it disrupts clear communication.

Music and sound effects should only be played in designated music channels or private group channels. Playing audio in public or service channels disrupts communication.

Appropriate Imagery
Profile pictures, avatars, and other visual representations must be appropriate and non-offensive. Graphic, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate imagery is not permitted.

Identity Misrepresentation
Impersonating other community members by adopting their usernames, avatars, or other identifying characteristics is prohibited. All decisions and instructions from server staff are final. Arguing with staff members in-game or on Discord will result in additional penalties.

Forum Conduct
Forum Etiquette
Exercise maturity and respect when participating in forum discussions. Inappropriate behavior, including spamming, trolling, bullying, or using offensive language, is not permitted.

Staff Decisions Are Final
Decisions made by the administration team are considered final after proper review. While constructive feedback is welcome, continuing to argue after a decision has been explained is unproductive.

Vehicle Combat (RVDM)
Using vehicles as weapons without legitimate roleplay justification is prohibited. This includes deliberately running over players, causing vehicle explosions, or ramming other vehicles outside of structured roleplay scenarios.

Engaging in combat without meaningful roleplay interaction is prohibited. Simply ordering someone to comply without context or using countdown ultimatums does not constitute sufficient roleplay justification for violence.

Provocative Behavior
Deliberately creating situations to provoke hostile responses for the purpose of initiating combat is prohibited. This includes intentionally committing crimes in front of law enforcement or antagonizing groups known for aggressive responses.

Chat Misuse
Flooding communication channels with excessive or irrelevant messages disrupts roleplay and community experience. Keep communications appropriate and relevant.

Unrealistic Advantage
Creating scenarios where others have no reasonable chance to respond appropriately is prohibited. This includes roleplaying superhuman abilities, using game mechanics to trap players, or claiming unrealistic injuries to avoid consequences.

Character Separation
Maintain clear boundaries between in-character and out-of-character interactions. Do not bring real-life disputes into roleplay or vice versa. Your character's actions and relationships are separate from your personal identity.

Realistic Driving
Vehicle operation should reflect realistic limitations. Extreme stunts, surviving significant falls, or driving at excessive speeds in urban areas without acknowledging consequences breaks immersion. Accidents should be appropriately roleplayed.

Leadership Responsibility
Players in leadership positions (business owners, faction leaders, senior emergency service personnel) are expected to exemplify excellent roleplay and adherence to community standards, serving as role models for other players.

Immersive Roleplay
Remain in character during all interactions unless specifically directed otherwise by an administrator. Breaking character disrupts immersion for everyone involved.

Self-Preservation
Your character should prioritize their own survival. When faced with significant threats or overwhelming opposition, compliance is generally more realistic than suicidal resistance.

Communication Limitations
If your character's communication devices are confiscated during roleplay, you must restrict communications accordingly. External voice platforms should not be used to circumvent in-game limitations.

Transferring money, items, or other resources between your own characters is strictly prohibited regardless of the method used.

Extended inactivity (exceeding one month) may result in the forfeiture of owned properties to ensure resources remain available to active community members.

Consent for Intimate RP
Any roleplay involving sexual themes must have explicit out-of-character consent from all involved parties before initiation. Non-consensual sexual roleplay is strictly prohibited, and staff must be informed of consensual arrangements beforehand.

New Life Rule (NLR)
NLR Application
A new life begins when your character respawns after death in a roleplay scenario, with exceptions noted in NLR Exceptions. This reset means your character loses all memory of events leading to their death.

The New Life Rule does not apply if a staff member has explicitly confirmed you were victim of clear RDM or RVDM. This confirmation must come through official channels such as the game server, forums, or communication platforms.

NLR Obligations
After respawning: Your character retains no memory of their death or preceding events; any conflicts with their killer(s) are considered resolved; relationships ended through death cannot be resumed; and you must avoid the location of your death for at least 15 minutes.

Incapacitation State
While incapacitated but before respawning, you are considered injured but not dead. Roleplay your injuries appropriately without referencing the respawn timer or other game mechanics.

Post-Revival Protocol
After receiving medical treatment, continue to roleplay your injuries appropriately. Do not immediately flee without roleplay justification. While you retain memories from before being downed, you must avoid combat situations for at least 15 minutes due to your injuries.

Character Naming
Use realistic, original names for your character. Names referencing celebrities, fictional characters, historical figures, notorious criminals, or containing inappropriate wordplay are not permitted.

Maintain consistency in your character's personality, background, and appearance. Major character changes should be supported by appropriate roleplay development.

Characters may be permanently removed from the server as part of roleplay scenarios only with mutual agreement between all involved parties and staff approval.

Destructive Characters
Characters created primarily to engage in widespread violence or disruptive behavior will face stricter consequences, and players may be required to use alternative characters.

Organization Naming
Names for businesses, gangs, and other organizations must be realistic and appropriate. Names that are legally problematic, inappropriate, or unrealistic will be removed without notice.

Criminal Consequences
Persistent criminal activity will attract increased law enforcement attention, resulting in escalating penalties. In extreme cases, characters may face permanent imprisonment with administrative approval.

Character progression should follow a realistic trajectory. New characters should not immediately possess extensive resources, influence, or criminal empires, but should gradually develop these through consistent roleplay.

Combat & Hostages
Hostage Scenarios
Hostage situations must involve high-quality, immersive roleplay that creates an engaging experience for all participants. Focus on creating memorable interactions rather than mechanical outcomes.

Using friends, gang members, or willing participants as staged hostages is prohibited. Hostage situations should involve genuine roleplay with unaffiliated individuals.

Realistic Executions
Character executions must be conducted with appropriate realism and roleplaying quality. The method should match available tools (e.g., needing a bladed weapon for throat-cutting).

Threat Communication
Using communication systems to issue blanket threats against emergency services (e.g., "any police within X distance will be shot") is prohibited as it circumvents proper roleplay interaction.

Emergency Response
Police activating lights and sirens does not automatically constitute roleplay initiation. Attacking officers without proper roleplay interaction solely because they are responding to a scene is considered RDM.

Tactical Equipment
The deployment of tactical equipment like spike strips must be accompanied by proper roleplay interaction. Using such equipment without roleplay engagement is considered equivalent to RDM.

Character Conflicts
You may only have one character involved in any opposing faction at a time. If multiple characters could be engaged in conflicting storylines, you must choose only one to participate.

Police Rules
Police Equipment
Law enforcement officers must not willingly give away or sell their issued equipment except in compelling roleplay circumstances with strong justification.

Impartial Enforcement
Officers must enforce laws impartially regardless of personal relationships. Showing favoritism to friends or associates by reducing charges or overlooking violations without roleplay justification is prohibited.

Station Defense Exception
The 15-minute NLR restriction does not apply to police officers during police station attacks. Stations are considered permanently staffed with law enforcement personnel and monitored by security systems, making attacks particularly high-risk.

Officers may not roleplay corrupt activities or behavior. This rule is enforced on a case-by-case basis by the administrative team and cannot be used as grounds for player reports.

Medical & Fire Rules
Medical Equipment Control
Medical and fire service personnel must not sell or willingly surrender their issued equipment to unauthorized individuals.

Balanced Response Coverage
Medical and fire personnel should maintain balanced coverage across the region rather than exclusively following specific groups or factions. Patrol assigned areas or the entire county to ensure equal service availability.

Emergency Services Protection
While medical and fire personnel may be targeted with appropriate roleplay justification if they refuse to cooperate with threats, they cannot be taken hostage for extended periods.

Impartial Care
Medical and fire personnel must not abuse their positions to provide special treatment or advantages to friends or associates outside of normal service protocols.

Unsafe Response Areas
Medical personnel must not attempt to provide care in areas where active combat is occurring. Patient rescue must wait until the scene is secure to maintain realism and safety protocols.

Lost MC Rules
Alliance Limitations
The Lost MC may form temporary tactical alliances with other groups but must maintain their distinct identity and autonomy. Long-term non-aggression agreements are permitted.

Clubhouse Defense Exception
If the Lost MC clubhouse is attacked, Lost members are exempt from the standard 15-minute NLR timer and may immediately return to defend their territory.

Conflicting Allegiances
Players may not simultaneously maintain characters in both the Lost MC and 'The Firm' due to inherent conflicts of interest between these organizations.

Group & Gang Rules
Permanent Expulsion
If your character is killed as part of being removed from a group or organization, that character is permanently barred from rejoining that organization in the future.

Group Independence
Different groups and factions must operate independently during confrontations with other groups. Coordinating across group lines for activities such as combat assistance, information sharing, or simultaneous attacks is prohibited.

Limited Cooperation
Temporary alliances of up to 6 characters from different groups may form for specific roleplay scenarios. These coalitions are treated as separate entities and must still adhere to the coordination restrictions outlined in the zerg rule.

Conflict Resolution
Extended conflicts between groups will be subject to a two-week resolution period. If group leaders cannot reach an agreement within this timeframe, staff will intervene with impartial mediation based on community guidelines.

Wartime Recruitment Freeze
Groups engaged in active conflict may not recruit new members or expand their rosters until the conflict is resolved.

Group Transition Period
After leaving any whitelisted organization (voluntarily or otherwise), players must observe a 30-day cooling-off period before joining another whitelisted group to prevent metagaming and faction-hopping.

Engagement Cooldown
When connecting to the server, you must wait 15 minutes before involving yourself in any ongoing hostile situations related to your group or faction to prevent tactical logging and reinforcement abuse.

Character Exclusivity
A player may only have one character in any whitelisted group at any given time to prevent conflicts of interest and information sharing between competing organizations.
